To maintain road communications, it is necessary to have access from both sides of the noise shield. For this purpose, the acoustic screen must have special sound-insulating doors or openings (screen breaks).
They provide a high degree of isolation of air noise from 25 to 37 dB. Also, noise-proof doors allow you not to bypass the long screen, if necessary, to get to its other side. A counter-screen is often made for these purposes (see the diagram below). This is significantly more expensive and more time-consuming than installing a noise-proof door.
Sound-insulating doors are also necessary when using noise-proof enclosures, for access to equipment during maintenance and repair. The noise-proof door consists of noise-proof panels and a metal frame. Noise-proof panels can be of various thicknesses from 50 to 100 mm. Also, the panels can be either with or without profiling. The panels in the composition of the noise-proof door can be either noise-absorbing (with perforation) and noise-reflecting (without perforation). The standard size of the noise barrier gate is 1x2m. We develop non-standard soundproof doors based on individual requests. According to the customer’s drawings, we produce any other dimensions of noise-proof gates.
